Refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your ConceptXYZ purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it.

Returns

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us, you must return the item to us within a further 14 days.

Items should be returned:

Unused and in their original condition
With all components and accessories included
Where possible, in the original packaging

You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund.

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery charge originally paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery option.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method and will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it and this has reduced its value.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
