Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Products made to a customer's specification, personalised items or bespoke commissions may not be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

We reserve the right to decline custom requests at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed, assembled and used safely.

We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification or improper installation of our products.

Electrical products should only be used in accordance with the supplied instructions and applicable local regulations.
